Role Overview

Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate is seeking an Interior Designer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves undertaking design projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring designs align with client conversations and project requirements. The role demands excellent creative thinking and a proactive approach to design execution and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake and manage interior design projects from concept development to final completion.
• Define project requirements and establish schedules during the initial brief phase.
• Set project costs and fees in accordance with budgetary constraints.
• Create attractive and functional designs and layouts for diverse projects.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to address management and project needs.
• Prepare comprehensive presentations, including 3D renderings, 2D drawings, and mock-ups, to fulfill project requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge to ensure designs remain relevant and innovative.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 2-5 years of professional experience in interior design.
• Demonstrated excellent creative thinking skills.
• Ability to develop designs effectively based on client conversations and feedback.
• Confidence in communicating regularly with clients to assess their needs and adjust design approaches.
• Familiarity with the current interior design landscape and emerging trends.
