The Role of International Logistics Coordinator

The International Logistics Coordinator is a full-time hybrid role based in Riyadh, offering flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end international shipments of energy and petrochemical products. The role involves planning, booking, and tracking transport across various regions, ensuring a seamless logistics process.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end international shipments for energy and petrochemical products.
• Planning, booking, and tracking transport across multiple regions.
• Monitoring inventory levels and updating internal systems.
• Preparing shipping and export documents.
• Resolving logistics issues or delays in a timely, customer-focused manner.
• Analyzing logistics data to support continuous improvement of supply chain processes.
• Collaborating with internal teams to optimize cost, efficiency, and service quality.
• Coordinating with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with international trade, customs, and safety regulations.

Work Environment
