About the Role

FOL Management is seeking an experienced IT Director to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to supporting the technology infrastructure and software needs for the company's multifamily residential properties, operating under the Flow brand.

Position Summary

The Multifamily IT Director will serve as the primary on-site resource for all multifamily software implementation and maintenance requirements. This role involves managing various projects, conducting training sessions, overseeing vendors during new system installations, and troubleshooting system issues. The IT Director will also develop into a subject matter expert for all the company’s multifamily building technology software and integrated hardware, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate familiarity with multifamily software concepts and possess the aptitude to quickly master new software within the sector.
• Ensure property staff utilize property-specific technology systems as intended, and assist with system upgrades, implementations, integrations, and maintenance through validation and testing of proposed resolutions and releases.
• Proactively identify business and/or residential opportunities or requirements that need attention or have technological gaps.
• Identify pain points, opportunities, or inefficiencies where technology can provide a value-added solution or increase operational efficiency.
• Provide technical support and initial troubleshooting to on-site teams to ensure consistent access to all necessary tools.
• Conduct training programs for all in-house and vendor products for on-site property teams, both in-person and via web-conferencing, and modify current learning programs as needed.
• Create standard operating procedures for various tools and software in use, and serve as a subject matter expert on a range of building systems.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in the multifamily residential property management industry.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or completion of technical courses related to the telecommunications field.
• Experience and/or knowledge in Property Management Software such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, CRM, screening, and Resident applications.

• Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
