Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Junior Account Manager will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and the successful delivery of projects. This involves direct support for client communications and the coordination of internal resources to meet project timelines and objectives. The role requires a proactive approach to client engagement and project oversight.

• Assist in managing daily communications and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and necessary documentation for client accounts.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records for all client accounts.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess a foundational understanding of business and marketing principles, with a willingness to learn and grow within the account management field. Previous exposure through internships is considered relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; internships are acceptable.
