About the Role

Jobs for Humanity is collaborating with a partner company to recruit a Lead Project Engineer. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and involves leading complex engineering programs from initial planning through to commissioning. The role focuses on ensuring technical delivery, managing schedules, mitigating risks, and aligning cross-functional teams.

Role Overview

The Lead Project Engineer is responsible for the end-to-end project engineering lifecycle. This includes overseeing all technical aspects and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. The role requires a proactive approach to project management and strong coordination skills to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver projects on time and within the allocated budget.
Manage the technical scope and all engineering deliverables for assigned projects.
Identify and reduce project risks through proactive mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth engineering execution.
Ensure project quality through comprehensive reviews, testing, and commissioning processes.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in project engineering.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs and manage technical delivery.
Experience in risk management and cross-functional team alignment.
