About the Role

Johnson Controls Arabia is seeking a Lead Service Technician to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves conducting preventive maintenance, repair, replacement, installation, and commissioning of systems under general supervision. The role requires direct interaction with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage assigned work to ensure professional and efficient execution, meeting timeframes and customer satisfaction goals.
Deliver results with a short-term, operational focus, with limited impact on others.
Occasionally set and achieve daily operational objectives that may have some impact on others within the job area.
