About the Learning Associate Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia (ex-Souq) is seeking a Learning Associate to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on coordinating and executing training programs within the Fulfilment Center, ensuring effective learning and operational efficiency across all departments.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Learning Associate is instrumental in developing and implementing training strategies to support the Fulfilment Center workforce. This role involves evaluating and refining training processes and techniques to enhance learning effectiveness and overall production. Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and delivering training for all process paths within the Fulfilment Center.
• Supervising Instructors and Peer Trainers in the onboarding of new hires.
• Ensuring training delivery adheres to MENA standards, including observation and coaching.
• Maintaining up-to-date training records through the designated console.
• Managing and delivering MENA training materials to ensure a positive learning experience.
• Analyzing daily data to identify opportunities for improving the new hire learning experience.
• Providing feedback to Instructors and Peer Trainers on their performance and new hire group outcomes.
• Organizing and monitoring cross-training initiatives to meet operational skill requirements, particularly during peak periods.
• Collaborating with operations to develop a skill matrix and identify gaps in critical role training.
• Supporting operations with the delivery of critical role training.
• Improving training processes through feedback collection and data analysis.
• Assisting in the recruitment process for Instructors and Peer Trainers.
• Attending required meetings and providing necessary information.
• Partnering with agency managers to enhance new hire performance.
• Contributing to MENA-level projects with feedback and improvement suggestions.

Work Schedule and Flexibility

Candidates must be willing to work flexible schedules and shifts to accommodate the operational needs of the Fulfilment Center.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
