About the Learning Associate Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia (ex-Souq) is seeking a Learning Associate to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position is focused on coordinating and executing training programs within the Fulfilment Center, ensuring high standards of learning effectiveness and operational support.

Role Overview and Objectives

The Learning Associate is responsible for the comprehensive management and delivery of training across all process paths in the Fulfilment Center. This role involves evaluating and refining training methodologies to enhance learning outcomes and boost production efficiency. The Associate plays a key part in supporting the success of training initiatives and meeting the developmental needs of the Fulfilment Center workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise Instructors and Peer Trainers in onboarding new hires.
Deliver Instructor training, observation, and coaching to MENA standards.
Maintain up-to-date training records via the designated console.
Ensure MENA training materials are current and delivered according to MENA standards, fostering a positive learning environment.
Analyze daily data to identify opportunities for improving the new hire learning experience.
Provide feedback to Instructors and Peer Trainers on their delivery and new hire group performance.
Organize instructor assignments and monitor cross-training initiatives to meet operational skill requirements, especially during peak periods.
Collaborate with operations to develop skill matrices and identify gaps in critical role training.
Support operations with the delivery of critical role training.
Drive process improvements through feedback collection and data analysis.
Assist in the recruitment process for Instructors and Peer Trainers.
Attend meetings as required and provide necessary information.
Partner with agency managers to enhance new hire performance.
Contribute feedback and improvements to MENA-level projects.
