ALKAFFARY GROUP is seeking a dedicated Logistic Officer to join its logistics team in Riyadh, Ar Riyāḍ. This full-time position is crucial for facilitating the efficient movement of goods and ensuring smooth supply chain operations. The Logistic Officer will coordinate various logistics activities, contributing directly to the group's operational effectiveness.

Role Purpose and Objectives

The primary goal of this role is to optimize logistics workflows while strictly adhering to internal company policies and external regulations. This involves comprehensive oversight of key areas such as inventory management, transportation, and documentation processes. The Logistic Officer will ensure that all logistics operations are streamlined and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Maintain and regularly update records of inventory levels and shipments.
• Collaborate with suppliers, transportation companies, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare all necessary documentation for shipments, including invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure compliance with schedules and address any issues that may arise.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Assist in budget management and contribute to cost-control measures within the logistics department.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics management or a similar operational role.
• Strong understanding of fundamental supply chain and logistics principles.
