About the Role

Reef Group is seeking a Makeup Product Section Head to lead the strategy, development, and innovation for its makeup product line. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires 5-10 years of experience. The role will involve overseeing research and development, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing cross-functional collaboration, and driving the launch of market-relevant products.

Role Overview

Reef Group is focused on redefining beauty through innovation, quality, and customer-centric design. The Makeup Product Section Head will play a key role in shaping the next generation of makeup products for the region. This position reports to the Head of Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete development cycle for new makeup products.
• Manage research and development (R&D) activities and product testing to ensure safety and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international cosmetic regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams.
• Monitor market trends to inform and guide product innovation strategies.
• Supervise a team dedicated to makeup product development.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess:

• A minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in leading product development cycles.
• Familiarity with R&D processes and product testing methodologies.
