About the Role

Master Works is seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle of strategic AI/ML products. This position requires a blend of customer understanding, business insight, and technical knowledge to shape product direction, manage execution, and achieve tangible business results. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and AI teams, alongside leadership, to develop innovative products that address customer needs and support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics in alignment with business objectives.
• Translate AI/ML strategy into prioritized product initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify opportunities and areas for product enhancement.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and planning through development, launch, and ongoing improvement.
• Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
• Prioritize product backlogs based on data insights, business impact, and customer value.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and AI teams to ensure successful and timely product delivery.
• Serve as the primary product liaison across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, and key decisions to senior leadership.
• Align stakeholders on priorities, roadmap decisions, and product direction.
• Gather customer insights through user interviews, analytics, testing, and feedback channels.
• Define, monitor, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance, impact, and Return on Investment (ROI).
• Drive continuous improvement using data-driven insights and product best practices.
• Promote effective product discovery, delivery processes, and documentation standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in Product Management and Project Management.
• Proven experience managing complex products within agile development environments.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern product management methodologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical and customer-focused solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working with AI/ML products or data-driven solutions is preferred.
• Native proficiency in Arabic.
• Fluent in English.

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh.
