The Opportunity

Tharwah Consulting is expanding its project pipeline and building an expert pool of Management Consultants to join live engagements as delivery squads. This contract-based role in Riyadh is open to professionals with 2-5 years of experience in various specializations, including HR, Strategy, Excellence, AI, and other subject-matter expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Join client engagement teams and deliver defined workstreams, from current-state analysis to final deliverables.
• Translate analysis into frameworks, policies, models, and roadmaps for client implementation.
• Collaborate with service line managers and senior client counterparts.
• Contribute to proposals, methodologies, and knowledge assets.

Specializations and Levels

We are seeking consultants across various specializations and experience levels:

• Specializations: Human Capital Transformation (HR strategy, organizational structures, job evaluation, total rewards, workforce planning, HR policies, HR operations), Talent Management (talent assessment, succession planning, career paths, competency frameworks, leadership development), Culture, Change and Employee Experience (culture transformation, engagement, employer branding, change management), Organizational Excellence and Quality (EFQM, KAQA, ISO, CMMI, policies and procedures), Strategy and Performance Management (strategy development and cascading, corporate and employee performance management, PMO), AI Transformation (AI strategy, adoption, operating models, AI offices), and Subject-matter experts in finance, IT policies, and IT business analysis.
• Levels: Associate Consultant (2–3 years), Consultant (3–5 years), Senior Consultant (5–7+ years), Principal or SME (10+ years).

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of consulting or advisory experience in one of the listed specializations.
• A demonstrated record of delivered projects with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical, structuring, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Saudi government or semi-government clients is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications, such as EFQM, ISO Lead Auditor, PMP/PRINCE2, SHRM/CIPD/HRCI, Prosci, or CMMI, are valued.
