Manager Business & Data Analytics

About the Role

Olayan Financing Company is seeking a Manager Business & Data Analytics to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for driving business process optimization, system enhancement, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. The position acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure business requirements are translated into effective technology solutions that support operational efficiency, data integrity, performance management, and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives.
• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional system specifications.
• Support and enhance SaaS and ERP systems, ensuring operational effectiveness, data integrity, and seamless integration with reporting platforms.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and risk controls, resolve system and data quality issues, and support solution deployment activities.
• Analyze business processes and ERP utilization to identify improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements.
• Develop solution designs, workflows, controls, and compliance requirements aligned with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for advanced analytics, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Develop business cases and manage requirements delivery within Agile frameworks.
• Support testing, UAT, and production readiness while promoting innovative technologies and best practices.

Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting

• Act as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, manage stakeholder engagement, communicate project updates, and support change management initiatives.
• Monitor and report on project progress, operational performance, system utilization, KPIs, and SLA compliance.
• Support the development of reports, dashboards, and analytics while ensuring data accuracy and reliability.

Knowledge Management and Governance

• Serve as a subject matter expert on business processes, ERP systems, SaaS applications, and data management.
• Develop documentation, deliver user training, and promote knowledge sharing and analytics adoption across the organization.
• Ensure business processes, system solutions, and data management practices comply with governance, risk management, and organizational standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business process optimization and system enhancements.
• Experience with SaaS and ERP systems, including operational effectiveness and data integrity.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics.
• Experience in leading process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives.
