About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Manager - SAP Application Operations to oversee the integrity and performance of its SAP applications. This role is crucial for ensuring that SAP systems align with strategic objectives and provide high availability and reliability to users. The successful candidate will lead daily operations, optimize processes, and implement best practices within the SAP landscape to support the organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP Application Operations team, managing support processes, incident management, and service requests for SAP applications.
• Ensure optimal performance of SAP systems through system monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective application integration and functionality across business units.
• Implement and enforce application governance, ensuring compliance with operational standards, policies, and security measures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application performance and user experience.
• Monitor application performance metrics, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Coordinate and support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to maintain system integrity and reliability.
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations.
• Provide training and support for end-users to maximize the effectiveness of SAP applications.
• Stay informed of SAP best practices, trends, and upgrades, evaluating their relevance to the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP application management or operations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP applications, tools, and methodologies.
• Proven experience in incident management and service delivery processes.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning is considered a plus.
• Certification in SAP Application Management is advantageous.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Riyadh Province.
