About the Role

Business Managment Company (BMC) is seeking a Manager Service-3 to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to the operational management of critical business and operational support systems within the telecommunications sector. The role requires a professional with a focused background in Telecom BSS/OSS Managed Services Operations.

Key Focus of the Position

The primary objective of the Manager Service-3 is to ensure the efficient and effective operation of Business Support Systems (BSS) and Operational Support Systems (OSS). This involves overseeing the daily functions and strategic management of these systems, specifically within a managed services framework tailored for the telecommunications industry. The role is crucial for maintaining service continuity and optimizing system performance.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operations of Business Support Systems (BSS) within the telecommunications environment.
• Oversee the operational management of Operational Support Systems (OSS) to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
• Ensure the seamless delivery of Telecom BSS/OSS Managed Services Operations.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to maintain service levels.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives for BSS/OSS.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of operational enhancements for telecommunications support systems.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience in the operations management of Business Support Systems (BSS) and Operational Support Systems (OSS).
• Proven background within the telecommunications sector, specifically with Telecom BSS/OSS Managed Services Operations.
