The Role of Managing Partner

The Managing Partner is a full-time, on-site leadership position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing the overall business strategy, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence across the company's corporate wellness programs and sports event initiatives. The Managing Partner will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure projects align with Haraakah | حركة’s mission of improving physical and mental well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for business growth.
• Nurture key client relationships and identify new business opportunities within the corporate and sports sectors.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets.
• Oversee budget management and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Represent the company in high-level stakeholder meetings.
• Build strategic partnerships and promote the Haraakah | حركة brand within Saudi Arabia and the wider region.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in business strategy, growth management, and operational excellence.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.

Work Environment
