About the Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia is seeking a Marketing Manager, Retail to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on developing strategies that enhance the shopping experience for Saudi customers, making it more compelling and accessible.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Marketing Manager, Retail will operate at the intersection of customer experience and business growth. This role requires a fundamental understanding of what drives value perception and shopping behavior within the Saudi market, extending beyond traditional promotions and deals. The position aims to transform how millions of Saudi customers discover and experience value on Amazon, leading high-visibility projects that directly contribute to Amazon's growth in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Design and launch customer-focused value initiatives that drive business growth.
Lead collaborative projects across marketing, retail, marketplace, and ShopEx teams.
Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and optimize customer reward programs.
Work with regional teams to create impactful marketing campaigns.
Pioneer innovative approaches to deals, everyday essentials, customer rewards/incentives, and Low ASP strategies.
Build and execute strategies that make shopping more affordable and rewarding for customers.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role requires a passion for creating exceptional value for customers and solving complex challenges through data-driven solutions.
