About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist at الرصيص لإدارة الاملاك, you will be responsible for executing the company’s marketing activities across both traditional and digital channels. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role involves contributing to property and project marketing, enhancing brand presence, and managing the sale of advertising spaces within the company’s properties.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive traditional and digital marketing plans and campaigns.
Market the company’s projects, properties, and services to support leasing and sales objectives.
Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and various social media channels, including performance monitoring and optimization.
Oversee social media accounts and content, coordinating with photographers and designers for marketing material production.
Execute traditional marketing activities, including outdoor advertising, print materials, events, partnerships, and field campaigns.
Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify relevant marketing opportunities and campaigns.
Maintain the company’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns.
Manage the company’s digital presence and reputation on Google Maps, including reviews, ratings, and location information.
Market and sell the company’s advertising spaces, attracting advertisers and advertising agencies, preparing proposals and advertising packages, and negotiating contracts.
Manage advertising campaigns across screens and designated advertising spaces, coordinating with internal teams for proper execution.
Follow up on inquiries and potential customers, directing qualified opportunities to the relevant internal teams.
Prepare periodic reports on campaign performance, digital channel effectiveness, revenues, and identified marketing opportunities.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this Marketing Specialist role should possess 2-5 years of experience in marketing, demonstrating a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies. The ability to manage diverse marketing activities and contribute to sales objectives is essential.
