About the Role

Zahid Tractor is seeking a Mechanic-I-EJAR to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves performing preventive maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and repairs on machines and equipment both in the workshop and in the field. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect machines and equipment to assess their general condition.
Execute preventive maintenance services and repairs to the highest quality standards.
Conduct TA1 inspections and prepare reports for supervisor review, as required.
Complete all necessary paperwork, including time sheets and service reports.
Document and report any defects, damage, misuse, abuse, or lack of maintenance observed on inspected equipment.
Work overtime when operational needs require.
Be prepared to work at various locations across the Kingdom as needed.
Maintain good housekeeping practices for tools, workshop equipment, and work bays.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required Experience and Qualifications

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and repair.
Demonstrated ability to perform basic troubleshooting and repairs.
Proficiency in conducting preventive maintenance services.

Internal and External Interactions

This role involves regular interaction with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and service delivery.

Internal Contacts: Service Admins for job time posting and reports, and Supervisors for job scheduling and technical advice/assistance.
External Contacts: Customers for validating machine fault locations and scheduling.

Reporting Structure

The Mechanic-I-EJAR will report directly to the Rental Supervisor, ensuring clear communication and alignment with operational goals.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with potential requirements to work at various locations across the Kingdom. The role demands flexibility to work overtime as needed.
