About the Role

Luxoft is seeking a Murex Credit Risk/MLC Business Analyst to join a large bank in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for a Murex greenfield implementation, focusing on enhancing and managing credit risk solutions.

Role Context

The primary objective of this role is to support the implementation of changes and projects as required by the Risk team. The Business Analyst will be instrumental in ensuring the effective application of Murex for credit risk assessment and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle corporate risk assessment and monitoring of transactions.
• Enhance or build workflows based on business requirements or to address bug fixes.
• Improve reporting capabilities and guide downstream systems in building reports using MLC business data.
• Perform business analysis, enhancements, and changes for Global Credit Risk solutions, including implementation.
• Actively participate in discussions with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into change or project initiatives.
• Develop and refine business, functional, and testing requirements to support the project and involved systems, collaborating with vendors as needed.
• Build strong relationships and manage expectations with users and stakeholders.

Required Experience and Skills

• 5-10 years of professional experience.
• 8 to 10 years of experience specifically with Murex.
• 5+ years of experience in Credit Risk, with MLC development skills.
• Proficiency in Unix scripting.
• Proficiency in SQL.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with VAR and FRTB is considered an advantage.
• Good communication skills are beneficial.
