About the Role

Luxoft is seeking a Murex Credit Risk Business Analyst to join a significant project for a large bank in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to a Murex greenfield implementation, where the successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering changes and projects for the bank's Risk team.

Role Context and Contribution

The Business Analyst will be instrumental in enhancing and managing the bank's Global Credit Risk solutions. This involves a deep understanding of corporate risk assessment and the ability to translate business needs into practical system enhancements and project initiatives within the Murex environment, supporting the Risk team's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle corporate risk assessment and monitor transactions.
• Enhance or build workflows according to business requirements or for bug fixes.
• Improve reports and guide downstream systems in building reports based on business data present in MLC.
• Perform business analysis, implement enhancements, and manage changes to Global Credit Risk solutions.
• Participate actively in discussions with business stakeholders, understand their needs, and transform them into change or project initiatives.
• Develop and refine business, functional, and testing requirements in support of projects and systems, collaborating with vendors as required.
• Build strong relationships and manage expectations with users and stakeholders.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with specific expertise in Credit Risk and Murex environments.
• Demonstrated experience in Murex implementation projects, particularly greenfield initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to perform business analysis and translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with business users and technical teams.
