Abunayyan Holding is seeking a dedicated and experienced Network & Security Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position offers an opportunity to manage critical enterprise infrastructure within a dynamic environment.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the entire Enterprise Network Infrastructure, encompassing data, voice communication, and security. The manager will be responsible for monitoring and control activities to ensure the reliability, stability, and security of the network infrastructure and the continuity of related services, alongside the management of assigned projects.

Network and Security Operations

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Planning, designing, implementing, and deploying secure and scalable enterprise-wide network and communication infrastructure and services in consultation with the Head of Networks & Infrastructure.
• Monitoring the enterprise network, gathering statistics for operational continuity, vulnerability safeguarding, and capacity planning.
• Ensuring the continuous availability and operation of the enterprise network infrastructure.
• Providing technical assistance to network, system, and security administrators.
• Developing necessary documentation and recording logical and physical network configurations.
• Planning and executing periodic preventive maintenance activities for concerned domains, ensuring timely performance in line with governing standards.
• Managing the effective lifecycle of administrator profiles and implementing robust patch management processes.
• Scheduling and coordinating periodic internal and external audits of network devices, appliances, and servers.
• Ensuring adherence to license compliance (hardware/software) and implementing applicable policies, including the enforced Information Systems Security Policy.

Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity

The manager will also be responsible for:

• Developing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining a disaster recovery plan for enterprise network infrastructure.
• Managing backup processes across different modes for devices and appliances, and overseeing restoration activities.
• Performing service restoration activities during disasters or outages, conducting Root-Cause-Analysis (RCA) for problems, incidents, and errors, and ensuring the deployment of permanent fixes.
• Carrying out periodic and planned drill tests for concerned domains and documenting results.

Leadership and Service Management

This role also encompasses leadership and service management responsibilities, including:

• Leading and supervising the team of Network Administrators, covering work scheduling, prioritization, monitoring, and providing technical assistance for assigned projects.
• Assisting the Head of Networks & Infrastructure in project management activities for major projects and initiatives.
• Managing, guiding, and assisting direct reports in performing their functional operations in accordance with set policies and procedures.
• Promoting a high-performance working environment and upholding Abunayyan Holding's values.
• Reviewing helpdesk system statistics related to the performance of concerned ICT staff.
• Closely monitoring users’ complaints, problems, and errors, and ensuring timely resolutions of assigned service desk tickets.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Network & Security Manager position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in managing enterprise network infrastructure, security, and related projects. A strong background in network design, operations, maintenance, and disaster recovery planning is essential.
