JLL is seeking an Occupancy & Space Workstream Lead for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is critical for optimizing a client's real estate portfolio across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will lead workplace and occupancy planning initiatives by analyzing space utilization data, occupancy trends, and planning scenarios to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic real estate objectives. This position requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Occupancy and Workspace Workstream for the client's account in KSA, acting as the primary point of contact for occupancy planning and space optimization.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, growth plans, and workplace transformation goals.
• Gather, validate, and establish comprehensive baseline occupancy and workspace data across the client's KSA office portfolio, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
• Coordinate with the client and JLL Technology Team on the deployment and optimization of the MREF Platform Module for Occupancy & Space Management.
• Establish and maintain space budgets, stack plans, and test fits for office buildings, supporting planning initiatives that reflect local market conditions and accommodate future growth.
• Partner with portfolio management, data analytics, and technology teams to provide integrated insights for informed space decision-making.
• Proactively identify available space opportunities, consolidation potential, and optimization scenarios across the portfolio.
• Monitor occupancy levels, utilization trends, and space efficiency metrics, developing regular reporting dashboards for client leadership.
• Maintain, interpret, and analyze data related to employee locations, shared workspace utilization, and space changes to inform strategic recommendations.

Collaboration and Strategic Impact

This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations. The Occupancy & Space Workstream Lead will support business case development for space rationalization or expansion projects and ensure seamless execution of occupancy planning initiatives by working with workplace strategy, facility management, and project delivery teams. The role contributes to transformative projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

Required Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in occupancy planning, space management, or real estate portfolio optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze space utilization data and occupancy trends.
• Experience in coordinating technology platform deployments and enhancements.
• Proven ability to develop and evaluate multiple space planning scenarios.
