Operations Manager at 360Solutions

360Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing and optimizing the company’s overall operations, ensuring effective coordination across Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing functions.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating critical business functions to ensure efficient performance and achievement of objectives. This position requires a professional with strong leadership and analytical skills to manage cross-functional teams and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient business performance.
Lead and coordinate Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing functions.
Develop and improve operational processes and procedures.
Monitor inventory, procurement, distribution, and demand planning.
Track sales performance and operational KPIs.
Coordinate with Marketing to align campaigns with inventory and operational capacity.
Manage suppliers and ensure quality, cost, and delivery standards.
Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
Lead and develop teams while ensuring achievement of business objectives.
Prepare operational reports and performance updates for senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in Operations Management or a related role.
Strong experience in managing cross-functional teams and operations.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in retail, FMCG, Oud & Incense, or related sectors is preferred.
Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory, sales, and operational processes.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic environment focused on optimizing company operations.
