Operations Manager

About the Role

Imtiyaz Foods is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and manage daily restaurant operations in Riyadh. This full-time role involves ensuring efficiency, compliance with standards, and high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in a similar operational management capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with established standards.
• Prepare and implement operational plans that align with company objectives.
• Manage and monitor performance across all operational departments, including kitchen, service, cashier, and reception.
• Ensure adherence to food quality and service standards, striving for customer satisfaction.
• Monitor compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and food safety standards.
• Manage employee scheduling and organize supplies to meet operational needs.
• Monitor employee performance, evaluate productivity, and identify training requirements.
• Oversee inventory and food supplies, ensuring optimal usage and minimizing waste.
• Monitor operational costs, sales, and expenditures in coordination with financial management.
• Ensure compliance with established recipes and standards for food and beverage presentation.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and effectively address complaints and feedback.
• Coordinate with suppliers, kitchen, and storage to ensure the availability of materials and supplies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational performance, sales, and inventory.
• Identify operational issues and develop clear plans for resolution and performance improvement.
• Develop work procedures and enhance customer experience while increasing operational efficiency.
• Monitor the achievement of sales and profitability targets and established performance indicators.
• Ensure restaurant readiness before opening and after closing according to established checklists.
• Provide recommendations to upper management regarding restaurant needs and operational development.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in restaurant operations management.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and manage daily restaurant operations effectively.
• Strong understanding of food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction principles.
• Proficiency in managing operational departments and monitoring performance.
• Experience with inventory management, cost control, and financial coordination.
• Ability to develop and implement operational plans and procedures.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role offers a salary range of SAR 11,250 - SAR 15,000, reflecting the comprehensive nature of the responsibilities and the required experience level.
