Al Jeri Investment is seeking an experienced Organizational Development Specialist to join its Human Resources team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and plays a crucial role in enhancing the company's organizational effectiveness and structure.

The Role

The Organizational Development Specialist will be instrumental in driving initiatives that optimize organizational structures and contribute significantly to the development of HR policies. This role involves supporting performance management frameworks and refining job architecture to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain organizational structures and comprehensive job descriptions.
• Conduct detailed job analysis and job evaluation activities.
• Support the design and implementation of various organizational development initiatives.
• Review and update existing HR policies, procedures, and organizational frameworks.
• Analyze workforce data to provide actionable recommendations for improving organizational effectiveness.
• Participate in performance management and competency framework initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders on organizational design and change management projects.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management review.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in organizational development or a related HR field.
• Demonstrated ability to support organizational effectiveness initiatives and optimize structures.
• Experience in developing HR policies, performance management systems, and job architecture.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position within the HR team at Al Jeri Investment. The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring regular presence at the company's offices.
