Position Summary

Future Connect is recruiting a Patient Care Coordinator for a leading healthcare organization located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and is central to ensuring a positive and coordinated patient experience within a dynamic healthcare setting.

Role Objective

The primary objective of this role is to manage the patient journey effectively, serving as a crucial link between patients, physicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. The coordinator is responsible for facilitating seamless communication and support to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the patient journey from initial consultation through follow-up care.
Schedule appointments, procedures, referrals, and diagnostic services.
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring timely communication and support.
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical teams to facilitate high-quality patient care.
Educate patients on treatment plans, procedures, medications, and follow-up instructions.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is complete and up to date.
Address patient concerns professionally and ensure a positive patient experience.
Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality, healthcare policies, and quality standards.
Support continuous quality improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Previous experience within hospitals, medical centers, or specialized clinics is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
