About the Role

AIQU is seeking a Performance Tester with expertise in LoadRunner for a client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position with an initial term of one year, extendable based on project needs. The role focuses on enhancing application quality through performance testing and automation solutions.

Role Overview

The Performance Tester will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining codeless, model-based test automation solutions using Tricentis Tosca. This involves improving application quality, executing functional and regression tests for web and mobile applications, and integrating testing with CI/CD pipelines to optimize release frequency and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain codeless, model-based test automation solutions using Tricentis Tosca.
• Create reusable test components (Modules) for various applications.
• Execute functional and regression tests for web and mobile applications.
• Integrate testing processes with CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive risk-based testing strategies to optimize release frequency and efficiency.
• Conduct Web and API performance testing using tools such as LoadRunner and JMeter.
• Identify response times, breakdowns, and threshold points for applications and microservices.
• Define and drive enterprise performance test strategy, standards, and governance aligned with SLA/KPIs.
• Drive capacity planning, performance forecasting, and scalability assessments.
• Debug and identify performance bottlenecks, independently driving end-to-end performance testing.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in performance testing.
• Deep hands-on experience with LoadRunner / LoadRunner Cloud and end-to-end test architecture.
• Experience in performance test framework creation, scripting, and execution.
• Knowledge of performance analysis tools.
• Experience in non-functional testing, including load, volume, stress, and back-out testing.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to management-level colleagues.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Work Environment

This is an outsourced contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires working with major clients and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve performance testing objectives.
