About Advanced Pharmaceutical Factory

Advanced Pharmaceutical Factory (APF) is seeking a Private Label Manager to lead and expand its Private Label & Contract Manufacturing (CDMO) business. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and cosmetics across KSA and export markets.

Role Overview

The Private Label Manager will be responsible for driving commercial growth within APF's private label and contract manufacturing division. This involves developing and executing strategic plans, managing client relationships, and ensuring operational compliance and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the growth strategy for the private label business.
Engage with clients, including pharmacy chains, distributors, and brand owners, to secure manufacturing agreements.
Manage key accounts from initial technical feasibility assessments through to production and final delivery.
Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Regulatory departments to ensure compliance with SFDA regulations.
Oversee the profit and loss (P&L) for the private label business, focusing on revenue and margin growth.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
Demonstrated commercial acumen and leadership capabilities.
Experience in the pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or cosmetics sectors is preferred.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves field visits to clients and collaboration with various internal departments.
