About SEDCO

SEDCO is seeking a Professional Services Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing essential support for SEDCO's products directly at customer locations across the region.

Role Summary

The Professional Services Engineer is responsible for the comprehensive support, maintenance, and installation of SEDCO's hardware and software products. This role requires on-site engagement at customer locations to ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction through various technical services, including troubleshooting and system upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and respond to customer calls and queries regarding SEDCO products.
Provide technical assistance to customers to solve hardware and software issues.
Perform on-site support for SEDCO's hardware and software products.
Deliver remote support for SEDCO's hardware and software products.
Install and configure SEDCO's hardware and software products at customer sites.
Conduct site surveys as required for product implementation and maintenance.
Execute updates and upgrades for SEDCO's products.
Complete all necessary documentation for SEDCO's products as required.
Maintain excellent relationships with customers.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations of SEDCO's products when needed.
Perform internal Service Department tasks.
Provide training to partners on SEDCO's products and solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of relevant professional experience. A strong technical aptitude and a commitment to customer service are essential for success in this role.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves frequent travel to customer locations to provide direct support and services.
