About the Role

AVEVA Select Gulf is seeking a Customer Experience Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is specifically for Saudi Nationals and focuses on providing expert technical support and optimization for AVEVA software solutions within customer automation environments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert-level technical support for automation systems and AVEVA software solutions, including System Platform, InTouch, Historian, and related applications.
Assist customers in optimizing the performance, functionality, and efficiency of AVEVA solutions within their automation environments.
Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams on technical evaluation and proof-of-concept activities.
Work with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve critical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles, technical guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
Monitor and manage support cases to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Participate in the testing and validation of software updates, patches, and configurations.
Provide feedback to product development teams on recurring issues and feature requests.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Engineer or in an equivalent role.
Must be a Saudi National.

Technical Expertise

Proficiency in AVEVA System Platform, InTouch, Historian, and various database applications.
Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, scripting, and PLC programming is beneficial.
Demonstrated experience working on large-scale System Platform implementations.
