About the Role

emagine is seeking a Program Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is open to candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on the management and oversight of training programs within a dynamic learning environment.

Role Overview

The Program Manager will be instrumental in overseeing and managing training programs specifically within Google Cloud Learning. The core objective of this role is to ensure the successful delivery of training initiatives, maintain strict compliance with established guidelines, and foster effective communication among all relevant stakeholders involved in the learning process.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor program health and provide weekly status updates to stakeholders.
• Author and distribute weekly program status update emails to stakeholders.
• Provide insights for program iterations based on quarterly reporting.
• Ensure bi-annual compliance with training guidelines.
• Attend customer meetings and represent Google Cloud Learning.
• Lead requests that fall outside the established program scope.
• Serve as the weekly liaison among learning service stakeholders.
• Anticipate and address delivery issues on a weekly basis.
• Finalize training schedules with stakeholders quarterly.
• Emphasize adherence to Cloud Learning Services policies.
• Manage the weekly distribution of certification vouchers.
• Coordinate marketing efforts with teams bi-weekly and contribute to monthly marketing plan development.
• Manage registration tools for customer courses.
• Monitor learning consumption metrics weekly.
• Gather feedback monthly to improve learning programs.
• Track registration targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) quarterly.
• Review program progress with committees quarterly.
• Create comprehensive final training reports bi-annually.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this position are required to have 0-1 years of professional experience, demonstrating foundational capabilities in program coordination or management.

Team Structure and Reporting

This role necessitates active cross-functional collaboration with various teams. The Program Manager will report directly to the Cloud Learning Lead, ensuring alignment with overall learning objectives and strategies.
