About the Role

LanceSoft Middle East is seeking a Project Accounting Manager – Project Costing & Management for an immediate opening with our client in Riyadh. This is a contract position focused on overseeing the financial aspects of projects, ensuring robust cost control and accurate financial reporting.

Key Focus Areas

The Project Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing and analyzing project costs, from initial planning through to completion. This includes developing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and providing critical financial insights to support project decision-making and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead project cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Monitor project expenditures, commitments, and cash flows to ensure financial health.
• Conduct cost variance analysis and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare comprehensive project financial reports and performance dashboards.
• Perform Cost-to-Complete (CTC), Estimate-at-Completion (EAC), and lifecycle cost analysis.
• Manage financial governance, project funding, and capital expenditure (CAPEX) processes.

Location and Work Type

This role is based in Riyadh and is offered as a contract position. The Project Accounting Manager will work directly with our client to support their project financial management needs.
