Project Manager Sitecore & Salesforce

About the Role

Manarah Ventures is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Sitecore & Salesforce to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on managing delivery coordination across Sitecore and Salesforce workstreams. The Project Manager will serve as the central link between technical teams, QA resources, project stakeholders, and clients, ensuring smooth delivery, communication, governance, and reporting for projects.

Role Focus

This is a non-technical project management position primarily focused on delivery oversight, coordination, stakeholder communication, and operational excellence. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in project management or technology delivery, specifically within Sitecore and/or Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery activities across Sitecore and Salesforce teams.
• Manage project priorities, milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery follow-ups.
• Track blockers, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Facilitate communication between developers, QA teams, technical leads, and stakeholders.
• Organize status meetings, sprint discussions, and service reviews.
• Prepare project reports, delivery trackers, action logs, risk logs, and documentation.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service delivery indicators.
• Coordinate incident escalation and follow up with internal teams and third-party providers.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5+ years of project management or technology delivery experience involving Sitecore and/or Salesforce environments.
• Proven experience coordinating software development, application support, or enterprise platform teams.
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum and sprint-based delivery methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and dependencies effectively.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and client communication skills.
• Excellent organization, documentation, reporting, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to understand technical discussions and coordinate delivery without requiring hands-on development.
• Experience working with remote and international teams.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring close coordination with various internal and external teams, including remote and international colleagues.
