About the Role

CG Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Quality Engineer facades to join a leading construction company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on quality assurance for facades and architectural finishes within a major stadium construction project. The position requires candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Context

The Quality Engineer will be integral to maintaining high standards of quality across all facade and architectural finishing works on the project. This role involves active site engagement, ensuring compliance with specifications, and facilitating clear communication between all project parties to address and resolve quality-related issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow site activities specifically for facade and architectural finishings.
• Track daily civil activities within the assigned area based on Sub-contractor Work Inspection Request (WIR) and Material Inspection Request (MIR) notifications.
• Ensure open and sustained communication channels between subcontractors and consultants.
• Address and resolve problems and non-conformities raised by the Consultant and Client in collaboration with subcontractors.
• Review and close WIRs and MIRs daily within the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
• Oversee clearances between architecture subcontractors.
• Collaborate with MC Construction during collaboration meetings to stay updated on the latest planning and design changes.

Required Qualifications

• A degree in Architecture.
• 2-5 years of professional experience as a Quality Engineer, with demonstrated expertise in facades and finishing works.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is based on a major stadium construction project, requiring a proactive approach and close coordination with various teams and stakeholders on site.
