About the Role

Mina Excellence is seeking a Quality Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on monitoring operational quality, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The specialist will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and operational excellence within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures.
Conduct quality reviews and internal audits to identify areas for improvement.
Analyze operational performance, identify process gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
Track and report Quality KPIs and prepare periodic quality reports.
Investigate customer complaints related to service quality and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.
Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Support the development and continuous improvement of quality management processes.
Ensure quality documentation, procedures, and records are maintained accurately.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a quality-focused role. The position requires a professional who can demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
