About the Quality System Manager Role

Radian Engineering Consulting Company is seeking a Quality System Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to ensuring high standards of quality across significant engineering and construction projects. The role involves leading the development and implementation of comprehensive Quality Management Systems.

Role Overview and Project Scope

The Quality System Manager will oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) activities throughout both the design and construction supervision phases for all project packages. This includes a primary focus on infrastructure, roads, and various utility works, encompassing wet, dry, and High Voltage (HV) systems. The manager will direct quality management across multiple interfacing infrastructure and utility packages on large-scale developments, ensuring consistent quality standards across complex programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the project Quality Management System (QMS).
• Oversee quality assurance and control activities across design and construction supervision.
• Manage the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) process and the Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR) system.
• Conduct quality audits of contractor and consultant processes and deliverables.
• Report quality performance and improvement actions to project management and the Client.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing Quality Management Systems (QMS) across multiple interfacing packages concurrently.
• Specific experience with roads, wet utilities, and dry utilities/HV projects is required.
