About the Role

EXA Ceramics, part of the alfanar Group, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position designed for individuals with 0-1 year of experience, serving as the initial point of contact for all visitors and clients.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure a seamless and professional communication process for all incoming individuals. This involves warmly greeting and welcoming visitors at the front desk, providing them with appropriate directions, and promptly announcing their arrival to the relevant party within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome visitors upon their arrival.
• Notify relevant employees promptly when their visitors arrive.
• Answer visitors’ questions, manage incoming calls, and respond to emails, providing accurate and relevant information.
• Adhere to established security procedures, including monitoring the visitor logbook and issuing visitor badges.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in managing telecommunications systems.
• Ability to handle queries and complaints effectively via phone, email, and general correspondence.
• Proficiency in transferring calls as necessary to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Capability to take messages accurately and ensure they are passed to the appropriate staff member in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess 0-1 year of experience in a similar role. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this position.
