About the Role

Career Executive 赛睿人力资源 is seeking a Sales and Business Development professional to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on expanding market presence and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market coverage and drive revenue growth.
Source and acquire new clients while maintaining long-term partnerships.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, customizing logistics and supply chain solutions based on their demands.
Negotiate pricing and commercial contracts, ensuring high client satisfaction through timely problem resolution.
Monitor sales performance against targets and deliver regular performance reports to senior management.
Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales strategies.
Collaborate with operation, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Guide and motivate sales team members (if applicable) to ensure high team performance.
Align sales initiatives with overall corporate business goals through cross-functional collaboration.
