The Role: Sales Executive (Saudi National)

Tahaluf is seeking a Sales Executive to join its ambitious team in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for achieving and exceeding individual sales targets in alignment with the sales plan. The Sales Executive will focus on effective lead sourcing, client management, and relationship building, while providing professional customer service and account insights to prospective exhibitors. This role requires 0-1 years of experience and is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals.

Sales Pipeline and Target Achievement

  • Research and identify new leads to maintain an active and ongoing sales pipeline.
  • Achieve individual sales revenue targets within specified timelines.
  • Maintain a consistent and productive number of calls and meetings on a weekly basis.
  • Monitor and enhance exhibitor satisfaction levels.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting of sales results and activities.

Client Relationship and Business Development

  • Achieve and exceed set revenue targets for assigned products and events in accordance with the sales plan.
  • Proactively seek new business leads and respond promptly and professionally to incoming enquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Develop new business and revenue streams, including sponsorship and other non-square metre revenue sources, through market research, telephone contact, industry networking, and client meetings.
  • Actively seek, research, and generate new leads across the sector.
  • Conduct on-site account management to achieve high exhibitor satisfaction levels.

Customer Retention and Market Awareness

  • Account manage new customers to achieve high exhibitor satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure adherence to exhibitor satisfaction guidelines.
  • Secure feedback for improvement strategies and further build relationships.
  • Capture data of sales activities/calls and update the CRM system.
  • Complete sales progress reporting, including revenue vs. target and activity reporting.
  • Continuously monitor and research the market using online resources, customer feedback, attending competitor events where appropriate, and industry networking.
  • Maintain awareness and understanding of floor plan optimisation.
  • Communicate effectively with other internal departments, including operations, marketing, and finance, to maximise client experience.
  • Perform any other duties commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Sales Executive position are required to have 0-1 years of relevant experience. This role is exclusively for Saudi Nationals.
