About the Role

ٍStarfab, a provider of facility management, manpower supply, cleaning, operations, and support services, is seeking a B2B Sales Executive to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time, mid-career position requires 2-5 years of experience and offers a salary range of SAR 5,625 - SAR 7,500.

Job Purpose

The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the corporate sector. The role focuses on building relationships with corporate clients, promoting ٍStarfab's comprehensive range of services, and converting prospects into long-term service contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to companies, factories, warehouses, commercial centers, and project sites.
• Engage with key decision-makers such as HR Managers, Procurement Officers, Operations Managers, and Facility Managers.
• Present company services professionally and effectively to potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into qualified sales opportunities.
• Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on commercial proposals and quotations.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects until deal closure.
• Update all leads, opportunities, and client activities in the CRM system.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
• Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for service expansion.
• Contribute to building a strong and sustainable B2B client portfolio.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in B2B sales is required.
• Proven ability to generate leads and acquire new corporate clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify and reach key decision-makers.
• Good knowledge of the Jeddah market and surrounding areas.
• Proficiency in using WhatsApp, email, and sales tracking tools.
• Commitment to maintaining accurate records of opportunities and client interactions.
• Experience in facility management, manpower supply, cleaning services, operations, contracting, or support services is highly preferred.
• Possession of a personal vehicle is considered a strong advantage.
