About *** and the Role

*** is developing a Global AI-Powered Customer Engagement Platform designed to facilitate business-customer connections, automate workflows, and manage interactions through a unified platform. We are seeking a native Arabic Speaking Sales Manager to join our sales team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving growth for our Saudi local business, specifically within our SaaS and Telco offerings, which utilize AI and omnichannel technologies for customer engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the KSA enterprise market.
Build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and manage upsell/cross-sell activities within the existing customer base.
Conduct product demonstrations, both online and in-person, to showcase the value of the Engagement Platform.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Collaborate with Marketing, Technical, and Account Management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Represent *** at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand reach and identify new prospects.
Utilize Salesforce CRM for managing sales activities, tracking progress, and providing insights to management.
Actively use AI tools to improve work processes, experiment with automation, and share effective strategies with the team.

Qualifications and Experience

Tertiary qualification with a commercial focus.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Sales or Account Management roles within a B2B environment.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
International commercial experience in the SaaS industry is considered an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Strong presentation and closing abilities.
Tech-Savvy: A strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in business communications is an advantage.
Curiosity about AI: Active experimentation with new AI models and products to enhance work efficiency.
