Sales Representative, Novartis ACC – Riyadh

Novartis ACC is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, field-based role is focused on bringing impactful healthcare solutions closer to healthcare professionals and patients. The position requires an individual to build trusted relationships, execute territory plans, and deliver sustainable sales growth through high-quality, insight-led, and compliant engagement.

Role Overview

The Sales Representative operates within a dynamic healthcare environment, serving as a key link between Novartis ACC and healthcare professionals. This role involves strategic territory management and direct engagement to ensure that product information and clinical insights are effectively communicated, ultimately addressing customer and patient needs while adhering to all regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver agreed sales, market share, and territory performance targets.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals through relevant face-to-face and virtual engagement.
  • Execute brand and campaign plans utilizing approved product messages and clinical information.
  • Use customer insights, CRM data, and omnichannel tools to prioritize accounts and personalize engagement strategies.
  • Gather and share customer, market, and competitor insights to strengthen business planning.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and other cross-functional partners to address customer and patient needs.
  • Manage territory resources, forecasting, records, and expenses accurately and responsibly.
  • Ensure every activity meets company policies, ethical standards, and local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or another relevant discipline.
  • Experience ranging from 0 to 1 year, including experience in managing multiple portfolios.
  • A proven record of achieving results through strong customer engagement and effective territory management.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Confidence in using data, CRM platforms, and digital channels to plan and improve customer interactions.
  • The ability to communicate product and clinical information clearly and credibly.
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to compliant, responsible ways of working.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, field-based position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires regular interaction with healthcare professionals and cross-functional teams. Salary for this position will be discussed during the interview process.
