Role Overview

Sarj is seeking a Sales Specialist for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role involves developing and expanding enterprise and government client relationships across Saudi Arabia, from initial contact through to proof-of-concept (POC) and contract closure. The Sales Specialist will manage outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and collaborate with Customer Experience, Operations, and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage target account lists across sectors including banking, fintech, healthcare, and government.
• Conduct outreach in Arabic and English via email, LinkedIn, phone, and WhatsApp, and follow up on inbound leads.
• Qualify leads and conduct discovery calls with decision-makers in Customer Experience, IT, Digital Transformation, and other business teams.
• Develop strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and industry partners, and identify new use cases for Sarj’s Voice AI and AI agents in KSA.
• Represent Sarj at conferences, industry events, and community gatherings.
• Manage the full sales cycle for assigned opportunities, including discovery, coordinating solution design and demos with the Operations team (Product Engineers and Agent Engineers), POCs, proposals, government procurement, negotiation, and deal closure, followed by a smooth handover to the team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting.
