About Tamer Group and the Role

Tamer Group is seeking a dedicated Sales Supervisor Pharmacy to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to strengthening our sales operations and market presence within the pharmacy sector.

Purpose of the Role

The primary objective of this role is to enhance sales fundamentals and drive increased volume across multiple brands and channels. This is achieved through effective management of distribution, shelving, display, and pricing strategies within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Management

• Manage and direct the sales team to establish proper visibility, availability, and effective implementation of promotional activities as per scorecard.
• Ensure superior sales fundamentals are applied in all stores through structured sales gate-to-gate and market-to-gate exercises.
• Achieve sales targets by sales representative, brand, channel, and customer.
• Cascade targets to all sales team members by customer, brand by SKU, and monitor team achievements on a daily basis.
• Achieve sales collection targets by customer as per agreement to avoid over-aging.

Key Responsibilities: Operational Control

• Communicate monthly close-out reports with related feedback analysis.
• Ensure the continuous availability of stocks for customers.
• Control expiries, damaged stocks, and stock aging to minimize losses.
• Undertake any other duties or assignments as required from time to time by the management.
