About the Role

PROVEN is seeking a Senior Business Development Expert to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to supporting the organization's growth objectives. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and strengthening existing client relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within IT services, digital solutions, and technology-driven projects to achieve revenue growth targets.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, technology partners, and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Lead the development of technical and commercial proposals, including responses to RFPs/RFQs, solution presentations, and contract negotiations, in collaboration with delivery and technical teams.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments to identify emerging technologies, evolving customer requirements, and new market opportunities.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Contribute to business strategy formulation, service portfolio expansion, and go-to-market initiatives, while monitoring performance metrics and recommending strategic actions for growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent related field is required.
• Postgraduate studies in a relevant discipline are preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business management and business development is essential.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a preference for experience within the IT services industry.
• A proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets and developing strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages is mandatory.
