About the Company and Role

The Interior Design Solutions Company is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (Fit Out) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for a fast-growing commercial fit-out company that specializes in designing, building, and delivering commercial spaces, ensuring timely project completion for clients.

Role Purpose

This senior role is designed for an individual with an established network and a proven ability to leverage relationships within Riyadh's commercial market. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving new business and expanding the company's project portfolio, working directly with leadership to shape the sales function. This is a build role focused on generating new opportunities rather than filling an existing seat.

Key Responsibilities

Convert established professional relationships into new commercial fit-out projects.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial client conversation to signed contract.
Collaborate directly with company leadership to develop and refine the sales strategy and function.
Represent a company known for its strong delivery reputation in the market.

Candidate Requirements

5-10 years of experience, demonstrating an established network of contacts such as landlords, mall leasing managers, brokers, restaurant groups, retail brands, or design consultants in Riyadh.
A documented history of securing B2B business within the fit-out, construction, real estate, or commercial interiors sectors.
Proven ability to access and engage key decision-makers through existing relationships.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from SAR 300,000 to SAR 500,000+ annually. Compensation is uncapped and primarily commission-driven, reflecting the direct impact of business development efforts.
