Senior Cost Control Engineer

About the Role

UCC Holding is seeking a Senior Cost Control Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is critical for monitoring and controlling project costs, budgets, commitments, and forecasts to ensure projects are delivered within approved financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project budgets, cost plans, and cost control systems.
• Monitor actual costs, commitments, accruals, and expenditures against approved budgets.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, forecasts, cash flow, and cost-to-complete reports.
• Analyze cost variances and identify potential cost overruns and financial risks.
• Review subcontractor, supplier, procurement, and variation costs.
• Monitor project progress against budget and provide accurate financial forecasts.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Procurement, Planning, Finance, and Project teams.
• Support preparation and evaluation of variations, change orders, and claims.
• Maintain accurate cost breakdown structures and project cost databases.
• Provide management with regular cost analysis and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company cost-control procedures and approved project budgets.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in cost control engineering.
