The Role

Omrania is looking for an experienced Senior Design Architect to join our organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this full-time, strategic role, you will be responsible for leading the design and architecture of complex enterprise systems, driving innovation while maintaining technical excellence. The position involves translating business requirements into scalable, efficient architectural solutions and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver transformative design outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies aligned with organizational objectives and business goals.
• Design scalable system architectures that balance innovation, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor design teams, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and identify opportunities for optimization and modernization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand requirements and translate them into architectural frameworks.
• Establish and enforce design standards, best practices, and architectural governance policies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and design methodologies to keep the organization at the forefront of industry innovation.
• Create detailed architectural documentation, including system diagrams, design specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
• Review and approve design proposals from team members, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
• Participate in performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support team development.

Experience and Background

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in design architecture or enterprise architecture roles.
• Proven expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing design teams.
• Comprehensive portfolio showcasing successful architectural projects and design implementations.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives and modernization projects.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency with industry-standard design tools and software platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and distributed system design.
• Familiarity with emerging design technologies and industry trends.

Core Competencies
