About the Role

MIS - Al Moammar Information Systems Co. is seeking a Senior Enterprise Data Architect to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on developing and maintaining the organization's enterprise data architecture and ensuring its alignment with strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Enterprise Data Architecture and associated data models.
• Define enterprise data standards, governance, metadata, Master Data Management (MDM), and data lifecycle practices.
• Design enterprise integration architecture, APIs, and data exchange standards.
• Ensure data architecture aligns with overall Enterprise Architecture and Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Embed Security-by-Design principles into all aspects of data architecture.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Saudi regulations, including DGA, NORA, SDAIA, NDMO, NCA, ECC, and PDPL.
• Participate in Architecture Review Boards and collaborate effectively with business, cybersecurity, and technology teams.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Enterprise Data Architecture or Enterprise Architecture.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Enterprise Data Modeling & Information Architecture
  • Data Governance, Metadata & Master Data Management
  • API & Integration Architecture
  • Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, SQL, and Analytics Platforms
  • Security-by-Design and Enterprise Security Architecture
• Practical experience with Saudi government architecture and cybersecurity frameworks.
• TOGAF or DAMA CDMP certification is required (or an equivalent certification). Cloud and security certifications are considered a plus.
• Experience with tools such as Sparx EA, LeanIX, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or similar tools is preferred.
